✦ About the Role
As a Full-Stack Developer, you will build and maintain applications across the front end and back end. You will work on business websites, dashboards, customer portals and SaaS platforms, taking features from requirements through development, testing and deployment.
Work Model: This is a fully remote, full-time, permanent role with agreed working hours and regular team communication. Freelancers interested in transitioning into a permanent, full-time position are welcome to apply.
✦ Your Responsibilities
- ✔ Develop responsive websites and web applications that work well across devices and modern browsers.
- ✔ Build back-end services, REST APIs and seamless third-party API integrations.
- ✔ Design and maintain databases, with rigorous attention to data integrity, indexing, and query performance.
- ✔ Implement secure authentication, granular access controls, input validation, and safe handling of sensitive customer data.
- ✔ Test critical workflows, troubleshoot production issues, and improve application speed and reliability.
- ✔ Use Git to maintain organised codebases and actively participate in code reviews.
- ✔ Support deployments, updates and ongoing application maintenance.
- ✔ Translate business requirements into practical, durable technical solutions.
- ✔ Share progress transparently, flag blockers early, and maintain useful project documentation.
- ✔ Proactively identify bugs, security concerns, and opportunities for architectural improvement.
✦ Technical Skills Required
- ▸ Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript and responsive cross-browser development.
- ▸ Experience with React or Next.js; TypeScript knowledge is preferred.
- ▸ Back-end development experience with Node.js or PHP / Laravel.
- ▸ Experience with PostgreSQL or MySQL, including database schema design and query optimisation.
- ▸ Experience developing and integrating REST APIs.
- ▸ Practical understanding of application security and secure coding practices.
- ▸ Familiarity with Git, deployment workflows, and modern cloud hosting environments.
- ▸ Strong debugging, problem-solving, and testing skills.
Advantage: Experience with Bootstrap 5, multi-tenant SaaS, payment gateways, automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, or AI and automation integrations will be a significant advantage.

A degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field is welcome, but equivalent practical experience is equally valued. Your ability to build, explain, and maintain working applications matters most.
